Any Mac OS X users out there still running Leopard? If not, I'll
change our build platform to Snow Leopard and use the time we put in
on Leopard testing for more productive work.

If I don't hear anything in the next week, I'll go ahead and move to
Snow Leopard. There will be at least one more build that supports
Leopard first.

Monty, I'm guessing that most of the people using the Mac OS and Maglev have migrated to Snow Leopard.

+1 for Snow Leopard (though I don't *really* care since I run Linux)
Any plans on using some of the more advanced features of Snow Leopard, specifically Grand Central Dispatch or any other goodies?

Jesse,

We probably won't take advantage of special Snow leopard features. We
try to minimize any code differences between platforms.

Monty, Apple actually open-sourced Grand Central Dispatch (GCD) and the library is called libdispatch.  Thus, you should be able to
get it working across platforms.

It's an interesting idea, but our plate is already full.

We'd have to test on HP-UX, AIX, Solaris, Solaris X86, Mac OS X, and a bunch of Linuxes, so it would be a non-trivial task.
