  • Open Project Night (18:30, Fri 2025-12-12)

    • Was held

    • 3d scanning Brian

    • Deep fried the tempura 😋

  • Open House Party (18:00, Sat 2025-12-13)

    • Nobody showed up for the gingerbread destruction

    • Brian and Perry showed up

    • Members are very busy this year

Upcoming Events

  • Open Project Night (18:30, Fri 2025-12-19)

    • Brandon can host

  • Ritual Sacrifice Day (Round 2!) (18:00, Sat 2026-01-10)

    • Turkey in January?

    • Is everybody free on New Years Day?

    • Overlap it with the next open house party on January 10th?

  • Carrier rover

    • Rover is with project sponsor

    • Rover testing rig is still on the table 

Section Lead Updates

  • Brandon (CTO, Curator)

    • HMI software under works.

    • Apparently also the space electrician???

    • No philips advanced ballasts have broken, so they must be good…

  • Perry (Social Media)

    • More social media posts need to be made

    • Turkey Day is a “private” MAGLab event so there is no need to promote it (except on discord)

  • Hong (Treasurer)

    • No new news

Discussion Items

  • Large funnel for transferring used oil into containers for storage can be purchased

  • The MAGLab hours are updated manually.

    • Brandon updated curator hours from the “off week”

  • We have an opportunity to apply for the Walmart SparkGood grant

    • If we have any bigger community-oriented projects in the near future, talk to ben 

    • We can not spam applications, but we can apply to every walmart / sams club in the area

  • Now that it’s cold, are people still showing up?
