2026-05-05 Meeting Minutes

    • We can get the rocket stove (we can talk to Brian on wednesday)

    • Stardew Valley LAN party (unionized farm)

    • Somebody needs to host!

    • Richard hosted on Steam

    • The mod for stardew valley was for unlimited players, we may need to re-download it.

    • Richard would need to be around to host this

  • Brandon (CTO, Curator)

    • Solder pot socket is stalled (brandon busy)

    • SV08 ventilation stalled (brandon busy) - open to strategic partnerships

    • Ambient Light Sensor working

      • Needs to be cleaned

      • Needs to be packaged

    • Visitors

      • JJ + Friend (JJ now has other greetings)

  • Hong (Treasurer)

    • Almost positive (stay positive!)

    • No treasury report available

    • Taxes to be submitted this weekend

  • Adrian (Quartermaster)

    • Has updates for BILLEE

      • Transferred the project to an “IRA” but did not manage it that way

      • BILLEE has to be integrated closer to the school + needs to move into a school space (too small)

      • Will still use the space until Fall semester

      • Project to be transferred to Luca

    • Adrian unlikely to be the project manager next year (graduating)

      • Moving to job in Silicon Beach

    • We want feedback on how the space did for BILLEE

      • Transportation, as expected, is an issue

  • General work area update:

    • Table saw now properly mounted!

    • We could get rid of one item in the general work area to free up space
