magja migration to GitHub

Hi Andre, Evan, Christoph,

I've moved all Magja issues from Google Code to GitHub :

https://github.com/magja/magja/issues

I used this tool https://github.com/ceefour/google-code-issues-migrator to migrate the issues.

Unfortunately issue comments were not migrated. But at least we have a base to work on, by committing with a message "Fixed #12" or "Refs #12" the relevant issue will be linked in the issue page.

Now it's only the Wiki page, and the Google Code project page that needs to be updated to reflect Magja's new status. Hopefully Andre can help here.
