order id's and canceled orders that are started again

Hi All

This is really a FYI. We discvovered a use case which breaks the Magja code completely. Basically someone canceled an order and then got it going again and according to this doc
http://www.magentocommerce.com/wiki/welcome_to_the_magento_user_s_guide/chapter_8
is magento goes and inserts a - in the order number.

but this might violate the magento license agreement if you have enterprise, so that has to be checked.
