Dear all

 

It’s my pleasure to invite you to the inaugural session of the alumni interaction series that is set to take place on the 29th of the August (Saturday) during 3-4 pm (IST). It has been a decade since the Master’s programme of the Department of Geopolitics and International Relations was instituted at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Nine batches have so far passed out of this department and our alumni have taken up various roles in think tanks, academia (higher studies), risk analysis and consultancy firms and so on.

 

We decided to start this series so that our alumni can share their experiences (research, work etc.) with our students. These interactions will be held on a regular basis so that students can benefit from them in terms of understanding the importance of GIR, learning from our alumni’s work/research experiences as well as get an idea of the job market after you have finished the Master’s programme. At this point, I would also like to invite our alumni to join these interactive sessions. The joining link to the meeting is given below.

 

In the first session, Caron Natasha Tauro (Janes Defence, Bengaluru) and Munish Sharma (MP-IDSA, New Delhi) will be sharing their experiences and insights. Please find the poster and further details below.
