Happy Friday!
Just a quick note that spots are still available for next week’s FEMA-supported UAS Level II trainings, hosted by the Montana State University Geospatial Core Facility in Bozeman.
These no-cost courses are part of the national ASSUREd Safe program and are designed for public safety personnel - emergency responders, law enforcement, fire, and other public-sector professionals - interested in advancing their UAS capabilities.
While these courses build on introductory content offered in June, there are no prerequisites—completion of Level I is not required to enroll.
Next week's offerings:
Please note: While previous ASSUREd Safe courses included travel reimbursement, this round of trainings does not offer reimbursement. However, the courses are still offered at no cost, and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Apologies for any cross-posting—please pass along to others in your network who might benefit. If you have questions, please respond directly to me (

Best,
Geospatial Core Facility Team
