I thought I would pass along a bug we have encountered with several of our clients that upgraded to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 on Windows. The content of the dashboards and web apps was not loading fully. The only fix we found was to clear their browser cache to the point of this becoming a daily activity. Esri has been able to reproduce this issue and has issued an official bug report (
BUG-000177808). In addition to content not displaying you may also experience a ChunkLoadError.
Esri's work around is the same we already figured out, clear your browser cache. We have found the Firefox seems to experience less of this behavior than Chrome or Edge. The full fix is expected to be included in ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0. That version is expected to be released later this year. Before you jump over to 12 when it is released, remember it will remove many older tools and apps including Web AppBuilder, Map Viewer Classic, and ArcGIS Configurable apps.
