The 2026 Conference will once again feature a robust three days of hands-on workshops, two days of concurrent sessions, a map/poster gallery, exhibitor showcase and
social reception, a keynote luncheon "Making Maps is just the Best!" featuring
John Nelson with Esri, and a hosted dinner and award ceremony.
Some rooms are still available at Grouse Mountain Lodge at the conference rate and must be booked by

Alternative hotels within 1.5 miles of Grouse Mountain Lodge are the
Hampton Inn & Suites and
Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge. Both offer per diem rate, complimentary breakfast and free shuttle to/from downtown Whitefish.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations
must be made in writing and emailed to
michelle...@outlook.com. Cancellations made by March 20, 2026, may be issued a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a minimum $100 cancellation fee. "No shows" forfeit entire
registration fee.
