Masquerade Ball Flyering & Chalking

Hello, everyone!
Thank you so much for volunteering to flyer and chalk for Masquerade Ball! For those who are still interested and didn't get a chance to sign up at our committee meeting, please email me! We can't possibly promote Mball without all of your help :). I've attached a chalking and flyering manual that will guide you through the whole entire process. Once we meet up for me to distribute you some posters and flyers, I'll tell you a little more information. I'm planning to distribute them tomorrow at 2pm at Sun God Lounge right across from Geisel Library. I'll need around 5 people to help me post up flyers around PC shortly after (the custodial staff usually takes all posters at pc down by 3pm). Please e-mail me back the college that you're willing to flyer at. Posting up flyers will happen weekly (mostly on Sundays) and will continue until Week 5. Please e-mail me back if you're available to get the flyers tomorrow at that time and if not, we can always arrange a different time and location.
