Hey Everyone!

First of all: Thank you!! Coat Check was a success this year, and it was all thanks to you. Even though we had a few close calls, we had no lost items! Yay! Y'all make me so happy  :' )

Now, to recognize all your hard work, I need to know when you worked at coat check and for how long so I can send in your volunteer hours. If you worked at the shift you signed up for, you do not need to send me an email. However, if you took a coat check shift and went over time, or randomly started helping out when it wasn't your shift, please reply to this email with the extra hours put in (estimate closest to 15 min). Also if you noticed someone helping out that wasn't part of the shift, please email me their names.

I know it's been awhile, and I apologize for the late email. But, please try and remember to the best of your knowledge.
The following were the shift times (hopefully this will jog your memory):
12-1a
12:55-1:30a
1:25-1:55a
1:50-2:20a
2:15-2:50a
2:45-3:15 a
3-4a

Thanks!You guys are amazing :)

Best regards,

Grace Lee
