Hi Committee!
I've decided to pay $150 to the photography team of my choice. Each team will consist of 5 photographers and they will be paid for 3 hours. Jeff and Jason, please post up your portfolios and equipment lists by September 16th. That's the final deadline. If you cannot make it by that deadline, you have until the end of this week to notify me.

The equipment list should include:
-# and type of lights
- types of cameras
-backdrop/backdrop frame

As requested, here is Photo Club's offer. I lost track a bit of time,
so that's why this did not get posted on the 10th. I apologize for
that.

5-6 Cameras
Lighting equipment for 5-6 people + photobooth
1 backdrop, blue + backdrop holder. We are willing to use a
different backdrop if it is provided.

More details may be requested. Additional equipment may be brought;
details will be fully worked out during contract negotiations if we
are selected.

Photo Club has a great deal of experience shooting events, as can be
seen from the two portfolios I have attached. We hope that regardless
of whichever offer is taken, that Circle K gets the best photographs
