Hello!

The following message is for those who have signed up to volunteer at Coat Check at Masquerade Ball.

Attached is a coat check guide that lists instructions and guidelines to follow while working at this station. Please read this document before beginning your shift on Saturday! It is important to have a general knowledge of how coat check will be run before you start your shift.

If you have any questions/comments/concerns, feel free to send me an email at grace...@gmail.com.

Thanks!

Best regards,

Grace Lee

Hey Committee!

I sent out the coat check procedures to the entire Mball committee just to ensure that the people who did sign up for coat check shifts have received the document. So for most of you that email may not apply. If you think you signed up for coat check but are unsure, feel free to send me an email or check the volunteer sheet Jason sent out: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmDQs34ymk93dGdOcWp5ZTNRMkVpVEF1Sm5IUWJpMGc&hl=en_US#gid=6

Sorry for any confusion!

Best regards,

Grace

Hi everyone,

I hope you all read Grace's document regarding Coat Check. Thanks for all the important info!

Reminders of items that stood out to me:
We are NOT accepting shoes, it's against yacht regulations.
Label each bag and give guest a receipt, make sure receipt and label match.
Bags to be lined clockwise, refer to floor plan + signs if confused.
After 3:15am, we will not be accepting any more items to check in, BUT they can pick up belongings.
If volunteers at your shift are not there, call them or call Jason/Grace.
