Magic maps free 12 months subscription

Hi, I just recently downloaded Magic Maps 2 with an option of a free 12-months subscription. However, I was not able to find the required functions to design my map, which led me to delete the application. Here is my question:

After the free-time subscription period, I will be automatically charged a specific fee and, therefore, have to somehow cancel my subscription. Or I do not have to worry about it?
