Printing from MM2

Total newbie here, trying to figure things out. 

When I go to print a map, it will only print landscape. I have gone into the Page Setup and selected letter size and Portrait orientation - it still prints landscape.

On the PRINT page, I can see nothing that allows me to select landscape or portrait.

The only way I can get a Portrait print is to take a screenshot and print that from Preview. One of my reasons for subscribing was to allow printing. 

Any suggestions? What am I missing?
