Yes, the potion does exist, and it does work exactly as you've been
told. Very powerful, so please use with good intent. Be careful what
you wish:

Ingredients:

9 Pink Candles - light these before you blend ingredients

9oz Sweet Red Wine
9 Basil Leaves
9 Rose Petals (red)
9 Cloves
9 Apple Seeds - Red Sweet Apple
9 Drops Vanilla Extract
9 Drops Strawberry Juice (press fresh berry fruit)
9 Drops Raspberry Juice (press fresh berry fruit)
1 Ginsing root cut into 9 equal pieces

By the light of the 9 pink candles, Put the 9 ingredients in a
cauldron or ceramic container during the 9th hour, and 9th day of the
month. You will make the stongest of all potions if this is done
during the 9th month of the year.

Stir Potion 9 times deosil (clockwise) with a wooden spoon, recite the
magical incantation:

"Let the one who drinks this wine
Shower me with love divine
Sweet love potion number 9
Make this love forever mine"

Bring mixture just barely to a gentle boil, reduce heat and let simmer
for 9 minutes. Stir 9 times widdershins (counter-clockwise) while
imagining your lover's face. Remove from heat and let cool.

Blow 9 times upon the potion, Bless it with names of 9 love Goddesses,
then strain through a cheesecloth into a glass container (NOT leaded
crystal). Cap and refridgerate until serving it to the one you love.
No-one should see the potion except your lover. Do not tell them what
it is.

Warning: This potion is extremly potent and should be used with
caution! Results can be very intense and long lasting, and difficult
to control or reverse...

Be absolutely sure the person taking the potion is who you want
devoted to you for a very long time, possibly for your lifetime. Note:
you could regret using this potion on the wrong person.

Blessed be~

Use with good intent?? How can the use of your own freewill for the
purpose of manipulating someone else without their knowledge or
consent be good intent?!?

This statement certainly throws your "If it harms no one do as you
will" out the window. Like I said,.. though paganism can be thought
of as or miscontrued to be similar to spiritualism, one must use
extreme discernment and caution when dabbling in it. Not everything
is as we percieve it to be.....
