New Request code Not Working?

to Magic File Renamer
asking for a new request code keeps giving me the same request code (the one I got at the time I purchased the software. Now there's a new code and I cant seem to be able to get a new one from http://www.finebytes.com/mfr/Activate.aspx

What am I suppose to do here?

Please input your new personal code in the activation page.

The personal code can be located in Magic File Renamer "Register" Window (below "About" in "Help" menu)
