How can I move parts of a file name around?

I have 

Moor Mother - All The Money (Feat. Alya Al Sultani)

I want it to be 

Moor Mother & Alya Al Sultani - All The Money

Is there an easy way to do this?  I tried messing with the token mover but can't seem to get it how I want it.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use this in the formatter filter:

<token:1, - ,0,0,<file-name>> & <substr:1,-2,<token:2,Feat. ,0,0,<file-name>>> - <token:1, (,0,0,<token:2, - ,0,0,<file-name>>>
