Program is registered but became unregistered this morning and the self register is not sending...

Please help.

I have a registered program.  Was using it last night.   This morning is won't work and shows and not registered any longer.  Not sure why.

So I try to input my info to register and it says an email is sent but nothing never arrives.  I tried several times.   YEs I checked inbox and trash and spam.

So I tried to contact support and that is bouncing as well.   Anyone know the deal?
