Post ID in Permalink

Hi fellas!

I've been searching throughout the web for this answer, but don't get it.

I use Magic Fields 2 to create a couple of Custom Post Types.
The Permalink structure is
 http://sitename.com/post-type/postname
But I need it to be
 http://sitename.com/post-type/postID/postname

So, how can I add the PostID into the permalink of a custom post type?
