Plugin cannot find wp-load.php

I'm using bedrock so my directory structure differ from the vanilla WP install structure.

Would be great if all best efforts of finding wp-load.php (like in mf_upload.php) would use ABSPATH instead of the current relative solution. Then a best effort wouldn't be needed anymore
