Field Type for Audio File in Media Library?

New to Magic Fields, but long-time WordPress developer.

In a custom post type I'm creating, I want to have a field that allows the editor to select an audio file from the media library as an element of the post.

As far as I can tell, I can designate images from the Media Library but the audio field type points only to a file on my desktop. I've already uploaded a number of audio files to the Media Library and since I want these to be searchable from several places on the site, I don't want them sequestered away from the Media Library and associated only with the custom post type.

In many cases, I want to do the upload through Download Manager so I can track the number of times a file is downloaded. Here, too, it seems that Magic Fields doesn't support that intent. Am I just missing something?

What's the best way to make this happen?
