Subject: Why it is so important to reach everyone about Direct Deposit
Hi Team. Just want to clarify that Direct Deposit will be our only payment method in the future (US and Canadian distributors) PLEASE make sure that everyone (whether they have earned commissions or not ) has gone into their UnFranchise back office and taken care of this. If not taken care of by the time we go live with Direct Deposit – Week ending May 3rd and payment day Friday, May 17th – (Our manual commission check process is being turned off) commissions will not be paid until the earning distributor does complete the Direct Deposit enrollment.
It would be an impossible task to do manual paper checks and Direct Deposit. There has been an overwhelming demand for this from the field and it is the way business is done in this century. We don’t want anyone wondering why they didn’t get their checks or having any checks held because of lack of bank information.
Please work with your team to make sure this is done ASAP. Thanks again for your help.
