My name is Coman Doyle and I'm located in Dublin, Ireland. I've been asked by my Client to secure them a skilled PHP Magento (or Zend) developer to join their company in Toulouse, France. 

I'm not sure if its prohibited from asking for help in this group, but I thought I'd at least try.

Skilled Magento developers are very hard to find so I thought I'd try here - apologies if I've offended anyone.

PHP Magento Developer

A PHP Magento Developer is needed for my leading Client. The PHP Magento Developer will join an excellent company based in Toulouse (Labège), France. The PHP Magento Developer will become part of a skilled team where you will be developing cutting edge solutions for a very cutting edge industry.

Excellent opportunity to get experience in a niche industry where the latest, most robust and flexible development techniques are implemented. My Client embrace FOSS technologies like Java, Python... - the full LAMP stack.

About Toulous

Southwestern City in France with a population of 1.2 million. Toulous is the has a striving IT industry the main industry being aeronautics, space, electronics, information technology and biotechnology

Toulous is also the main hub European aerospace industry with companies like  Airbus, Galileo positioning system, the SPOT satellite system and ATR.

 

The Role

·          Your main tasks:

-          Model and the functionalities and systems designed in relation to the product team

-          Implement unit and functional tests

-          Participate in the process of practice and agility of the team (Scrum / XP)

-          Participate in the implementation of the tools and methods of industrialization

·          Reporting to the Development Manager you are working with in the design and implementation of new products around PHP Magento and Zend Framework technologies.

·          Maintain a thorough understanding of web technologies in general and in particular Magento ecosystem.

 

Profile

·          3+ years Web Development with PHP and / or Java

·          Web oriented development experience

·          Magento (preferable) or Zend Framework experience

·          Can produce high quality, well structured, re-usable code

·          UML experience

·          Good English

·          Genuine interest in technology, development and emerging technologies.
