Hello,

My name is Joe Sholtes, I am one of the newly elected board members for the Electric Vehicle Association.  I am writing you to introduce myself and the other Board Member from the Membership Committee, Erik Lundeen. We would like to extend our assistance  for your Chapter. 

We have many resources available to your Chapter this year and want you to be familiar with them and use them to your advantage.

Firstly, our mission would not be successful without our strength in numbers. A portion of each membership fee now goes directly into the "Rev-Share" system. Each Chapter has the ability to use that money for their events, parties or just regular meetings. So the more members you recruit, the more funds available for events. 

Secondly, we also offer website services for each Chapter. You have the ability to have your own web page directly on the Electric Vehicle Association website. You can also add links to social media pages, and contact information for your Chapter, that way new or prospective members can find your Chapter.

Thirdly, we offer general liability insurance to our chapters. Certificates of Insurance can be obtained by filling out the following request form. Request COI . Please be aware that EVA does not have auto insurance so any ride and drives would not be covered. The owners insurance would be responsible if there was an incident with their moving vehicle. 

Lastly, I offer the Membership Comittee's services. We have a lot of experience hosting events and running social media pages and we are here for your assistance, should you need it.

In order to qualify for any of these benefits, you must fill out the Chapter Information Form yearly by January 31st. This helps us stay in contact with you and your Chapter leaders.
