Fisker bankruptcy sale?

I was not about to spend 50 Grand Plus on one of these things anyway.  But if they can be picked up for 15 k or less, even with zero warranty that becomes pretty attractive. 

What do you think the odds are that the software will be open sourced so that owners can self support and update themselves?  That might be the most wonderful phoenix to come out of the ashes. 

This could usher in a modern open source diy option.

They weren't 50k, we bought our Ocean Extreme for $37 cash. Yes, there are concerns, but as most EV owners know, maint on EVs is pretty low. The filings list all the owners as creditors, and they are asking the courts to give us the value of the Warranty. And there is a class-action to get the FAST software, which is the service software. But so far we've had no issues that weren't simple quick fixes.
