MONTHLY MEETING OUTLINE:

1-110               Doors open, get situated, set-up remote meeting equipment 

110-120           Room and Zoom Walk Around – quick introduction of people attending

and a mention for any agenda item for the Member Forum section

120-135           Guest Speaker – Our Members

 

The August meeting will be dedicated to hearing from members involved in coordinating upcoming EV related EVents –

1.    Dean West will update us on the September 28 Drive Electric EVent at the Prairie Village Church

2.    Brandt Hertenstein will update us on the October 1 EVent in KCMO

3.    I will introduce a conversation designed assist organizations in focusing their thoughts, activities, and outreach events.  It starts with a simple, 1 minute six question information gathering effort using a survey I chose to put out using a software.  I ask that members take a moment to hit the link and provide their thoughts by Friday August 12.  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SP8ZBMM

I will provide results at our meeting.  This is our attempt to identify our interests and desires.

145-2               Member Forum Roundtable – an opportunity for those in attendance to

share their agenda item and/or EV related activities in their lives

2 to 3pm          Meeting Room and zoom session is the clubs for use as it sees fit, an

opportune time for social discussions with like-minded individuals
