Sorry for the delayed reply...I think the exam was okay. I am not
discontent with the result. Hope the same goes for you.
Have you already registered for Hypersonic Aero?
I am now studying Acoustics since I'm having the final exam tomorrow,
after that I will start with Gasdynamics. The exam is planned for May
12

No worries. I was pretty please with the results of the 2nd test. I
did register for hypersonic aero for the summer. Ordered the book on
amazon yesterday - found a good price on there if you haven't gotten
yours already. Hope your other exam went well - hopefully Hassan
keeps this exam in line with how the others have been.

Do you understand what Dr. Hassan did to solve for the enthalpy in the
solution to Problem 1 of the exam? I can't figure out what he was
using to get from h = e + P/roe to the long equation he gave next. I
emailed him and he told me he was using eq 2.9 on page 155 for e. Do
you get what he would be using for the derivative of ln Q^a and ln
Q^aa terms?
