MadR Meetup group for R programmers

Hi,

this new group of local R programmers has met yesterday in downtown Madison.  They are going to meet on a regular basis: monthly, I think.  There will be long and short format presentations by group members, as well as discussions and, perhaps, hackathons to address specific issues of interest to group members.  Perhaps many on this list would be interested in participating.  See http://www.meetup.com/MadR-Madison-R-Programming-UseRs-Group/ for further info.
