GeneTS package installation problem

Hi all,
I am trying to install the GeneTS package. It is not available
directly so I have downloaded the tar.gz file and then tried to
install it from my computer. No matter what I do, try to unzip or try
to install it zipped, it just won't install it.
I am getting the following error:

Error in gzfile(file, "r") : cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning messages:
1: In zip.unpack(pkg, tmpDir) : error 1 in extracting from zip file
2: In gzfile(file, "r") :
cannot open compressed file 'GeneTS_2.10.2.tar/DESCRIPTION',
probable reason 'No such file or directory'

We have also tried to unzip and then zip back, it will not give any
error at the installation in this case but when we tried to load the
library we do get the following error:

> library(GeneTS)
Error in library(GeneTS) :
'GeneTS' is not a valid package -- installed < 2.0.0?

Does anybody have any idea?
