• 3 categories - People and Animals; Landscapes; or Architecture/Buildings
• $50 prize in each category
  
• Open to any amateur
• No entry fee - probably bad, but not our problem

Releases:

Photo winners must be prepared to provide a signed release from all persons who appear in the photograph submitted where applicable.

Exhibition of Photographs:

Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs. By entering the contest, photographers agree to have their submitted photographs framed and displayed at the contest exhibition at the River Arts Center, without any fee or other form of compensation.

Photographers also agree that submitted photos may be retained by River Arts Inc. for archival and organizational promotional purposes. Photos will be credited to the photographer named in the entry form. Photographers agree that entries (including non-winning entries) may be selected for display or use in River Arts Inc. web pages and publications; entrants will not receive financial compensation for photos used in these ways.

The last section kind of sucks, but at least your pictures would be out there potentially.
