Dear administrator(s), I hope this message finds you well. I am going through the tutorial for "Single Chain Protein: Sans- Second Run", and when I try to download all structures in as zip file, it wouldn't let me. Here's the error message: "Unexpected results:
sasoutput2 => run failed
error => unable to convert input string to python readable stringI am getting another error:" Is it normal for us to not be able to download it? I had no problem download the first run. Thank you for your time. Please let me know what you think!
