Testing APBS. Submitting a solvated w/ions PDB/DCD (at least for this test submission) caused a silent failure which never finishes. Had to manually cancel. Running dry versions of the same files seems to work so far (11%). APBS docs https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/apbs/apbs.html say "By default, any explicit solvent (typically water) will be omitted from the APBS calculation." not sure if this default is used under SASSIE.
