Calendar notes

Tuesday November 18th: Fox Run

Address: 41000 West 13 Mile Road, Novi
Call Time:  6:00
Performance Time:  6:30 – 7:30
Location:  Fox Run Performance Center in the Belmont Clubhouse.  Capacity is @250 people in a theatre setting.

Music: Order to be announced from the stage. Songs to include pieces rehearsed last week + Lully, Lulla, Lullay.

Directions to and Parking at the Clubhouse:  

• Security Gate at the Fox Run Main Entrance:
• Follow the signs for guests (not residents)
• Let the security guard know you are at Fox Run to perform for the residents in the Belmont Clubhouse Performance Center
• Turn LEFT onto the main road
• Follow the route on the attached map (and the signs at Fox Run) to the Belmont Clubhouse
• Parking:
• There are a few parking spots in front of the clubhouse
• There are many parallel parking spots along the road as you drive past the clubhouse
• There is also parking in the I or O Lots (shown on the attached map)
• The large parking lot next to the clubhouse is for residents only; we cannot park in any of those spots.
• Carpooling is encouraged.

Once you go through the entrance of the Belmont, one or more Fox Run representatives will guide you to the Performance Center.

Saturday November 22nd: Hotel David Whitney Tree Lighting

Address: Hotel David Whitney. 1 Park Ave, Detroit, MI 48226

Valet is complimentary for choir members

Call time: 5:15pm, report to cloak room on the second floor, take the elevators behind the tree

Performance time: 6:00 - 6:40 with full choir

Tuesday November 25th

Regular rehearsal at Northminster.

Fundraising: Program Advertising

One of our primary sources of annual fundraising is through the sale of advertisements in our season program. This season program is used for performances throughout the season and is a great way to create mutual support for both Madrigal Chorale and the businesses that choose to support us. 

Please see the linked documents which include the cover letter, benefits page, and worksheet/commitment form. Some pre-printed copies and sample programs may be made available at rehearsal upon request. We are past our advertised due date but will still consider last minute ads if you contact Tara ASAP!

Please make an effort to reach out to possible advertisers and sell as many ads as possible. Successful fundraising campaigns are vital to allowing us the freedom to pursue fun ideas and opportunities.
