Hi folks,

 

Well, after months of anticipation, arguments, photoshopping, complaining, hounding people for money etc etc, it's finally here!

No, not Morgan's new roadbike, but the 2008 Club Gear, in all its splendour.

 

Thanks to Steve and Morgan's help, it's now been sorted into individual bundles of joy, one for everybody in the audience.

 

Here are a multitude of ways that you may receive your stuff:

 

(0) If you haven't already paid, do so.

 

(1) Come to Ballinastoe this Saturday morning for the Beginner's Spin. 9.45am at the front gate. I will be there with a big box, your stuff will be in this box. Please let me know by email if you are coming. Morgan has also invited me along to say hello to the beginners, show off my war wounds and as a special treat, be the guest lecturer for this week's Tech Talk, which will be on "Chains - The making and breaking of...."

 

(2) Go to the race on Sunday, its ooop norf, a long way up in fact. I won't be there myself, but if you let me know that you'll be going, I'll arrange with someone to bring your gear up for you. Which leads to...(2b) I need someone trustworthy to bring the gear up for those who want to collect it at the race.

 

(3) Come get it. My house is conveniently situated just off the M50 (Ballymount exit), N7 (Newland's Cross) and the Red Luas line (Kingswood stop) I'm around most evenings, weekends and times in between, or can arrange to have someone else there to answer the door. Contact me for full address and directions.

 

(4) Have your friends collect it for you. (using any of the above options) Just drop me an email and let me know who/where/when...

 

(5) I'll make arrangements to have it available at the club spins the next weekend (Bank Holiday) also.

 

(6) If none of the above suits you at all, I can probably sort something else out, but I'm very busy for the next 3 weeks, so ask nicely. :-)

 

 

 

SPARES

Contact me if you wish to buy something from that list. As usual, it'll be money up front for these items. First come, first served.

The list will be updated as necessary.

 

Swapping, sizes etc

As you can see from the spares list, we don't have huge reserves of gear to chop and change with. If you want to try a different size or whatever, you can arrange this with your fellow clubmates via the forum. There's loads of gear going around, no doubt some people will have sizes they're not happy with etc, so put a post up and ask nicely and see if anyone else is in the same boat.

The Club doesn't take any responsibility for these dealings- it's your own responsibility. 

 

Future orders or Missed the boat?

With many new people signing up to the club and many more wanting a slice of the great 2008 edition gear, we'll take orders for another production run in June. We won't be letting this one run on as before, so order early, order often. Alternatively, you can enquire about buying stock items from the list above.
