can't load audio files

Hi,

I'm new to madmom.I've installed all the required packages, but I can't load audio files.Can you give me some suggestions on how to proceed?

The reason might be that the format is not supported by scipy.io.wavefile. How many channels, bit depth, etc has that file?

madmom first tries to load the audio via scipy.io.wavfile. If that fails, it tries to read in via ffmpeg, which is not installed.

A possible solution could be to convert the file to 44.1kHz, 16bit, mono first or install ffmpeg.
