A way to automatically download all suppression lists

We would like the ability to somehow download daily suppression lists of our campaigns and process them automatically. Currently a person must manually download bounce, spam and unsubscribe lists he then uploads them to our system. Wondering if possible if you guys can make some kind of ftp drop box that puts in current days suppression data that can be read by us? Maybe make an api endpoint that can download daily suppression lists by date range?
