Updated Schedule for the GSE Team Visit

Attached is the updated, May 3rd version of the schedule for the Chilean GSE
Team visit May 10-13. I have added a contact list to the end of the
schedule for your convenience.
Remember, this is a club event. Even if you are not involved in individual
activities of the GSE team, we urge you to attend the social events Sunday
and Monday evenings, May 10 and 11 at the Willis' and at Bear River Lodge.
According to the information I have now, the individual responsibilities of
club members are listed below. There are non-members involved in some
activities, but there is a club event coordinator for each event. Please
refer to the attached schedule for the specifics of individual
responsibilities. Also note that hosts are responsible for transporting or
arranging transportation for their guests to and from each day's activities,
starting with pick-up Sunday afternoon at the I-26 Welcome Center at 1:30 PM
(note change in location from MHC). Hosts are also responsible for
breakfast Monday and Tuesday, and for dinner Tuesday.
Callie - I will bring Maria Cabezas from the Welcome Center to Ingles in
Marshall on Sunday where you can pick her up. We can arrange something
similar for Wednesday morning. I'll call you when we know when we'll arrive
at Ingles.
