There are many Wisconsin chess events coming up in early 2011, including most weekends in January and February. Visit the Madison Chess League calendar at https://sites.google.com/site/madisonchess/calendar for more details on upcoming events, including our own Rated Beginner Open (U1200) on Feb. 5.

The Wisconsin Chess Association website (www.wischess.org) is also a great source for event information.

Happy New Year!
