Results from the May 9, 2009 Rated Beginner Open are now available on
the Madison Chess League site. Thanks to all who played in our
tournaments this year! We have not set dates for 2009-2010 events yet,
but watch for more information soon.

Madison RBO dates are set for 2009-2010. The first one is Saturday,
September 19, 2009. I hope you are ready for an early start to the
season!

Results from the Sept. 19 RBO in Madison are now posted on the Madison
Chess League site. The official crosstable and ratings reports can be
found on the US Chess website www.uschess.org (see Clubs & Tourneys,
Past Event Crosstables, tournament ID 200909192521).

We hope to see you for the next RBO on January 9, 2010. Be sure to
invite your chess-playing friends for even more fun!

Is that the weekend after HS Nationals in Columbus?

If so, I will see if I can steer some of the kids who decided not to
travel your way.

from Wisconsin this year:

National Junior High (K-9) Championship 4/9-11, 2010
Hyatt Regency Minneapolis MN

National High School (K-12) Championship 4/16-18, 2010
Hyatt Regency Columbus OH
