Hello,
This weekend, July 20th and 21st, Go Farm Connect partners (including Rooted, Groundswell, Fairshare, and Marbleseed) and Golden Sands RC+D will lead the construction of an EQIP high tunnel, with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided, travel stipends as needed, and education about high tunnel building, operation, and costshares. Sign up here if you are interested in coming!
Participants will assemble the hoophouse skeleton and attaching the plastic for a new hoophouse, with information sessions on the full hoophouse build process, working with the NRCS to obtain high tunnel costshares and other programs, and growing in a high tunnel.
