Pulmonary stenosis occurs in the Pulmonary artery which carries
deoxygenated blood from heart to lungs.
Stenosis of this pulmonary valve leads to reduction in blood flow from
the heart to lungs.
Right Ventricle has to bear the overload and the blood doesnt get
oxygenated. Cynosis results.Clubbing is seen.
Answer is improving the pumping quality of the heart so that the heart
pumps the blood through the stenosed valve.
The valves are attached to the wall of the heart with hinges like a
door or window is attached to the wall with hinges.
When the walls of heart come closer due to any reason like structural
deformity, muscular problems etc, the valves get stenosed.
SHS helps this walls of heart to strengthen and reduce the symptoms of
the any valvular stenosis.
Max care needs to be taken about the lungs as a small infection can
precipitate the disease and worsen the condition.
Cold things and allergens to be avoided.
Easir way would be to strengthen the lungs and keep the respiration
clear to avoid symptoms.
I hope I am clear.
If any more doubts, ask me again.
