Thanks for that, Dr Vidhi

With this and a few othe cases, we will prepare a general format which will then suit most other cases as well.

those will then be made into more eye-pleasing presentations and that will be something nice for visitors to the site to go through.

In the long run there will be audio/video inclusions of the feelings of the patient as well as the treating physicians, making each case a small source of medical-education for the lay public as well as professionals.

Here are a few things you may want to do to help me with the presentation. Some relate to the case and others to the theory behind
the problem and the treatment.

We can present the case with a few things to start with, but the complete version will have all related hyperlinks so that the reader's experience is complete. It also makes our presentation look more authentic rather than gimmicky. Remember, Ayurveda is still a science maligned by the miracle cure claims of unscruplous physicians.

What i need

1. ECGs / Echos and other tests done on the patient earlier, which tell you about her state of health (and heart) when she first met you.

2. All the above tests 6 months after her successful treatment

3. A small para each on all the allopathic drugs she was on. Pharmac name, effects and a special para on side effects, generally. Highlighting the ones that the patient actually had. Why was the patient not happy with those drugs in particular.

4. Similar para each on the ayurvedic medicines you prescribed.

5. The reasons for the particular combination of the treatments you provided.

6. Short para explanations of the various cardiac functional terms you have used such as LVEF, Grade 1/IV MR, Grade II diastolic dysfunction. Look for all such terms and write a small para on what they all mean. Like a glossary. We hyperlink those explanations for the benefit of those who dont know about it.

This may seem like a lot of wokr now, but for your next cardiac case there may only be a few things that you need to add.

well done up till now and i am sure we complete this in the coming week.

Please give me a deadline for all of the above work.

I start preparing the format with Shraddha

I can talk to you if you need any clarifications

regards

mahadeo bhide

PS Kiran, you may want to circulate Vidhi's case and my comments to all who are writing something on any other case, whatever the field. The principles remain the same.

I talk to Shraddha on Monday re the format of presentation.
