Hi all! I think I mentioned this at a meeting a few months ago, but
there wasn't much discussion after that. The Hometown Values
magazine came in the mail today, you all probably got one. Their ad
is on page 4. It is Friday and Saturday November 6th and 7th at the
new Riverwoods Conference Center. For vendors it says to call
Danielle at 435-512-8980 and it has a web address listed www.logangiftshow.com
and it says to email in...@logangiftshow.com. You can access a floor
layout and an information packet from this site as well.

I just wanted to throw it out and see what you all thought about it.

I took a look at the info packet and it looks like this is going to be a really professional event. They're supplying all the booth stuff, so that's really nice.

The only thing I'm worried about is the cost - it's $250 for a 8x10 booth and you only get 1 6x4 table, which could make it difficult to share space with a lot of people. I'll have to ask them if we're allowed to bring more tables or if they'll charge us for them. If we want to try for a corner booth it's $50 more.

Is anyone interested? If so we need to get moving ASAP.

Maybe, I'm not really sure. You would think that it would go much
better than the fair because the whole reason people are there is to
shop. There's even an entrance fee isn't there?

Hi Blaire, I will be out of town for this event so I will not be participating.  Also, I already have my own booth for Novemberfest.  Suzie

I emailed for more info. Here is the reply I got.

Taralee,

Thank you for your interest in our event. We do still have 6 booths
available at this moment, both corner and inline options. Our booths
are 8'x10' in size, and include pipe and drape, table, linen, chairs
and
electricity if desired. There is no central checkout, no commissions
on
sales. Cost for an inline is $250, a corner is $300. We do put a
cap
on the number of vendors with similar products to 2, so depending on
what type of product you would be selling/displaying we may still
have
an opening. We don't reserve a booth until contract and full payment
are received. Our contract, floor plan and vendor information packet
can be found on our website at www.logangiftshow.com. Please let me
know if I can answer any questions or concerns, or if you'd still be
interested in participating.

Thanks very much,

Danielle Reeves

So, I guess we need to know who might be interested so we can let her
know what type of product it is to see if we can get in or not.

I just got another email today about this. They have a few booths
that they are adding w/out electricity or the pipes and draping for
$100. It would just be the table and two chairs. Anyone interested?
If you are, let me know. I have all of her contact info. With the
smaller space, there probably wouldn't be much room for more than two
people.

Thanks!

Taralee

Taralee, I'd be willing to do a booth like this with you. If you want to get it set up, I'll give you $50 and we can split it. Who needs electricity anyway :)

What do you say?

I will give her a call and see what we need to do!
