Databinding in WPF

Any WPF knowledgeable folk on here that can guide me?

I'm trying to bind objects in a user control in a listview on a window to an ObservableCollection. I don't seem to have the correct nesting of templates and controls to make it work. I mostly need to be pointed to a good sample of this working but I'll take all the help I can get since I'd like to have this working by next Wednesday for a demo.
