Sr. Lead Developer in Madison

Hi everyone,

 

I'm looking for a Sr. Lead Developer who has created policy and set up Team Foundation Server, has mentored new developers and architected multiple systems.  This person should be able to negotiate and manage vendors like Microsoft and Blackbaud.
