Omni Resources, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Senior/Lead .NET Developer to join our team as a full-time Employee-Owner and work in our Madison office. In this role you will get the chance to work on a wide variety of projects with multiple customers. The primary duties will be to provide development and support of existing and new web sites and business applications. This may include architecture, design, and best UI practices. Looking for skills with VB.Net, ASP.NET, C#, .NET Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Visual Studio, Visual SourceSafe, and SQL Server.

Omni Resources, Inc. is currently recruiting for a SharePoint Specialist (developer/designer and architect) to join our team as a full-time employee and work onsite in our Madison office. In this role, you will work with our current SharePoint Development Team to create custom SharePoint solutions for our clients. The position will be responsible for configuring the SharePoint infrastructure and developing required applications including forms and workflows.
Some of the responsibilities will include implementing high quality, scalable, and extendable SharePoint solutions; awareness of migration and implementation plans that address tactical and strategic needs; design, develop, and implement electronic forms and workflows; coding, testing, and implementing SharePoint solutions, work from high-level requirements through detailed specifications.
Must be knowledgeable of SharePoint capabilities/workloads; have SharePoint development experience using Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010; experience with SharePoint templates; strong understanding and experience with the SharePoint object model; experience developing Web Parts, Event Handlers, etc.; web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript); experience developing SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer or Visual Studio; excellent knowledge of programming, quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration; good problem solving and analytical skills; and full lifecycle experience. InfoPath, Adobe Acrobat, or LifeCycle Designer, and Business intelligence experience is a plus.
