That Conference!
Announcing Our Keynoters!

We are two weeks away from opening up registration for That Conference, and are settling on the awesome program that we're cooking up for you at the moment.  While we're getting that settled, we wanted to share a piece of amazing news.

We have our Keynoters!

That Conferencs is proud to announce that we have three incredible keynote speakers, one to kick off each day of the conference!  Have a look at their bios below.

Michael “Doc” Norton

Doc Norton

A promoter and practitioner of agile since 1999, Michael “Doc” Norton is Director of Engineering with Groupon. Doc's twenty-plus years of software development have provided him with experience on a wide range of topics including delivery of software in over a dozen different languages from Assembler to XSLT. Doc declares expertise in no single language or methodology and is immediately suspicious of anyone who declares such expertise. He is passionate about helping others become better developers, working with teams to improve delivery, and emphasizing software craftsmanship.

Denise Jacobs

Denise Jacobs
Denise R. Jacobs is a Speaker + Author + Creativity Evangelist who evangelizes techniques to make the creative process more fluid, methods for making work environments more conducive to creative productivity, and practices for sparking innovation.

Dave Thomas

Dave Thomas

I believe that if you're going to spend your life doing something that's difficult (such as programming) you'd be a fool not to have fun while you're doing it. If you don't, it's a miserable way to spend the majority of your waking hours. And, if you don't, you'll be producing crappy code anyway, so what's the point?

Full Schedule Coming Soon
We are still dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's on the full schedule, but we know that's important to you.  Registration is coming up on 5/15, and we want you to see all the goodness that you're going to be in for in August.  Expect an announcement soon!

Cheers,

That Conference staff
