Hello dancers

After Penny and I delivered our special and deeply nourishing session for dancers yesterday, we have another one with the whole band this Sunday.

Please come along if you feel called.

I will lead a warm up to arrive and centre in the body, some invitations that you might find helpful in your dance and then we will play live music for you finishing with a relaxing sound bath.
