I’m posting a link to Dance City aerial dance classes.

- anyone up for taking their dance higher? upside down? to explore a different point of view? 

There’s a class on Monday morning for ages over 55 ( 9.30 am all levels including beginners).

- then next Sunday there are inclusive classes for children/ young people at 1pm and 2.15 pm

then an all level adult class 3.30 to 5 pm
